Full Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible of the security and good operation of the network All Mexico plants (Silao Gto. Mexicali, Reynosa Cd. Juarez and Pharr Tx.
• Supervise all the activities of IT Administrators located at each Mexico plant.
• Travel, when needed, to Asheboro NC to visit our Corporate and frequently to Silao Gto., Mexicali, Cd. Juarez, to review the status and operations Plant.
• Be the facilitator of IT related needs and problem solve for Mexico Operations.
• Support all communications throughout the Mexico Plants using IT solutions.
• Plan and develop IT budgets for field offices, obtain competitive prices from suppliers, to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Manage overall CCTV administration of the Mexico Plants
• Act as ERP Administrator IQMS System Mexico Operations.
• Standardize IT policies and guidelines in Mexico provided by Corporate
• Establish and standardize security protocols system for our databases.
• Lead administration of Mail Account Exchange
• Provide guidance and support to field office IT staff as they perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks on the servers, PCs, and other devices. Conduct Technical Evaluations of IT Administrators and develop work plans for them.
• Develop Internal Policies for computers and communications device control.
• Problem Solving Level 3 to all Mexico plants.
• Provide IT Support for Mexico's Payroll System with Tress International.
• Act as the SharePoint/Azure/Office 365/MS Teams Administrator as well as the MRP/ERP Administrator
• Manage and support the IQMS Administrator System.
• Ensure the smooth running of the IT operations in the field, including user support, IT systems, domain services, communications, and connectivity.
• Oversee monitoring upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems.
• Manage crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems.
• Conduct network configuration assessments and implement hardware/software upgrades and improvements.

Technimark Pharr Facility, TX USA (additional scope and responsibilities)
• Lead the planning and managing of new office build outs, and office moves.
• Hire, lead, assess, mentor and train IT staff in the field
• Build a team of IT System Admins and set strategic direction for the Pharr facility
• Work with IT System Admins on maintaining up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure and equipment in each field office, ensuring alignment with IT USA protocols and sister facility (Reynosa, MX)
• Plan and execute technology projects and system implementations in the field in an organized and effective manner. Establish project scopes, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables that support business goals and track projects progress.
• Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organizational outcomes: identify problems, evaluate trends, and anticipate requirements.
• Share subject matter expertise and IT guidance and best practices with other Technimark El Paso Molding and Logistics facilities when needed
• Develop and implement new IT procedures in the field and review and enhance existing procedures.
