Regional Distribution Lead

Department: Distribution

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: US - Atlanta

Compensation: $220,000 - $280,000 / year

Description

This is a senior, market-facing distribution role focused on building CFC's presence and broker partnerships across Central America, with the role based in Atlanta, Georgia. You'll lead our regional distribution strategy, deepen relationships with key broker partners, and help shape how we show up in an important growth market for the business.

Working closely with underwriting, leadership and other commercial stakeholders, you'll translate market insight into action - creating a more connected, visible and strategic approach to broker engagement across the region. This is an opportunity for someone with strong regional market credibility to make a real commercial impact and help drive long-term growth.

About the Role

You'll own and evolve our broker engagement strategy across Central America, ensuring our approach is aligned to regional opportunities and wider business priorities. This will involve identifying where we can strengthen our presence, building greater consistency in how we engage with priority partners, and helping position CFC as a go-to market for complex and specialty risks across the region.

A key part of the role will be building and maintaining strong relationships with senior broker leaders and producers across Central America, while operating from an Atlanta base. You'll represent CFC externally, raise our profile in the market, and create opportunities to deepen strategic partnerships with firms that matter most to our growth agenda.

You'll also bring a strong view of the market-sharing insight on broker priorities, regional dynamics and competitive activity, and using that information to help shape strategy internally. Working cross-functionally with underwriting leaders and commercial teams, you'll connect external opportunities with internal priorities and act as a trusted voice on distribution for Central America.

About you

You'll bring significant experience from the insurance market, with a strong understanding of broker distribution and a well-established network across Central America.
You know how to build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders, spot commercial opportunities in a changing market, and influence both externally and internally. Just as importantly, you'll be collaborative, strategic and comfortable operating across multiple teams - able to connect relationship-building with long-term business growth. Experience working across international markets and operating effectively from an Atlanta base would be a real advantage.
