What You'll Do

The Regional Director, Sales Solutions is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving performance, scalability, and customer outcomes across a team of Sales Solutions Managers. This role partners cross-functionally with Product Management, Outside Sales, Branch Leadership, Engineering, and Operations to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and business results.

You will lead from the front-owning execution, developing talent, and implementing data-driven processes that improve quote conversion, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment on priorities and customer commitments
  • Act as the voice of the market providing real-time insights on product opportunities, pricing strategy, and competitive dynamics
  • Play a key leadership role in the SIOP process, ensuring alignment between demand, forecasting, and operational execution
  • Support architectural business development efforts by driving demand creation and early-stage project engagement
  • Own high-value quote follow-up strategy to improve conversion rates and accelerate revenue realization
  • Lead, coach, and develop Sales Solutions Managers to drive accountability, consistency, and high performance
  • Establish and implement KPI frameworks to track performance across quote activity, SLAs, and revenue impact
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technical Support to streamline workflows, improve processes, and accelerate issue resolution
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that scale efficiency, enhance customer experience, and reduce cycle times
  • Champion a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and customer focus
What You Bring
  • 10-15+ years of experience in construction, building materials, or technical sales environments
  • Proven success leading leaders (managing managers) in a performance-driven organization
  • Strong operational and analytical mindset with experience using KPIs to drive decision-making and outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale teams, processes, and systems in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally
  • Clear and effective communicator with strong presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of business acumen with the ability to connect strategy to execution
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and ERP systems (Tandem preferred)


Position Pay Range

$111,000-$125,000 USD
