We are seeking a Regional Construction Services Manager to lead and manage construction services operations across Florida and potentially other states as we continue to grow. This individual will be responsible for overseeing field inspection teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in CEI, leadership, and a client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor staff, including providing technical guidance, training, and support to field staff.

  • Oversee daily construction inspection operations and ensure work meets contract documents and specifications.
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures.

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships with FDOT, municipalities, and private sector clients.
  • Lead or support proposal development and project pursuits.
  • Ensure construction practices meet state and federal regulations.
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols across all projects.
  • Identify growth opportunities in the regional market.
  • Participate in strategic planning and marketing efforts.
  • Attend industry events and maintain a presence within professional organizations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Florida (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction services, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Experience working with FDOT projects and procedures strongly preferred.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in construction management software and documentation tools.
  • Ability to travel throughout the state of Florida as well as other southern states.
