Job Overview
This role serves as a strategic business leader responsible for driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and partner success across a defined region within the Store-in-Store channel. The Regional Development Manager partners closely with field leadership, National Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to execute enterprise initiatives, improve customer and employee experiences, and accelerate business performance. Success is measured by the ability to influence without direct authority, translate strategy into consistent execution, and identify opportunities that improve operational effectiveness, customer outcomes, and long-term profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with National Account Managers, Directors, and Senior Managers to develop and execute regional strategies that drive profitable growth, customer experience, and operational excellence.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market analysis and strategic planning
- Build trusted relationships with internal leaders, retailer partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to influence decisions and accelerate execution.
- Develop expertise in sectors critical to the organization's core strategy to inform business decisions
- Provide strategic analysis and advice on market opportunities, financial models, and business fit
- Lead cross-functional reviews and develop recommendations for new opportunities and business models
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience
OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) - Acceptable areas of study include Business, Marketing, Finance or related field (Preferred)
- 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in retail operations, account management, business development, sales strategy, program management, or cross-functional business leadership. Experience leading complex initiatives, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and driving operational performance within retail, telecommunications, consumer technology, or related industries is preferred.
- Telecommunications industry experience. (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $120,500 - $217,400
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
