This role will work in the team responsible for driving the end-to-end performance of the recruitment funnel and scaling global sourcing strategies to enhance the worker experience.
The Recruitment Manager plays a critical role in driving the performance and efficiency of the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding function.
Owning the full recruitment funnel across multiple markets and regions, this role is responsible for leading a high-performing team, managing day-to-day recruitment marketing activity, supporting new client implementations, and partnering cross-functionally to continuously improve the worker experience.

- Own and optimise the end-to-end recruitment funnel across multiple markets and regions, with accountability for conversion rates, drop-off analysis, and quality-of-hire metrics.
- Identify upstream and downstream operational issues such as support delays that impact funnel performance, and partner with relevant teams to resolve them swiftly.
- Distribute workload, manage capacity, and ensure appropriate workflow allocation based on regional and client requirements.
- Align with the B2C Marketing Manager on cost-per-hire metrics and campaign performance to inform sourcing investment decisions.
- Manage day-to-day recruitment marketing activity, ensuring campaigns are live, on-brand, and performing against agreed targets, including Budget ownership and CPH.
- Lead recruitment-side delivery for new client implementations, ensuring onboarding processes are operationally ready from day one.
- Use data and insight to identify opportunities, resolve complex operational problems, and build team buy-in for improvement initiatives.
- Understand regional, client, and industry-specific requirements; develop and adapt workflows accordingly to manage supply effectively.
- Supporting with ad hoc tasks across the business as required
What you'll be doing- Proven experience in the recruitment sector, with a track record of leading large teams - ideally as a Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Consultant, or Recruiting Coordinator.
- Demonstrated ability to own and optimise a recruitment funnel, with hands-on experience analysing metrics such as conversion rates, drop-off, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Strong people management skills with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing recruiters and onboarding professionals.
- Proven track record of landing change and driving business improvement in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or similar tools; ability to translate data into clear, actionable decisions.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Familiarity with social media sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job board optimisation.
- Knowledge of relevant labour legislation and current UK recruitment best practices.
- Highly proficient with utilizing several tools to enable real-time collaboration with a globally distributed workforce such as Miro, Monday, Salesforce, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, etc
What you'll get- $90,000 to $130,000 annual salary

Position Type / Expected Hours of WorkFull-Time Position. Hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with occasional evening and weekend work required as job duties demand.
TravelThis position requires minimal travel, less than 25% of the time. Most travel is outside of the local area and will require overnight accommodations.
