Recruiting Manager | Atlanta, GA | Full-Time Job Summary KBH is seeking a Recruiting Manager based in the Atlanta, GA area to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across the energy, nuclear, and industrial sectors. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely; however, some travel is expected. This role will partner closely with internal leadership, clients, hiring managers, and candidates to identify and place qualified professionals in contract and direct hire positions. The Recruiting Manager will manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate management, and client communication while helping maintain a strong talent pipeline and positive candidate experience.
This position is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle recruiting for contract and direct hire positions within the energy, nuclear, and industrial industries.
- Draft, post, and maintain job descriptions across recruiting platforms and internal systems.
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
- Manage candidate pipelines and activity within the company ATS system, ensuring accurate and organized records.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of a new ATS, including evaluating workflows, configuration, and process improvements.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, screenings, and client communications throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide ongoing communication and support throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Work directly with clients, hiring managers, and internal leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Review, update, and format candidate resumes to align with KBH branding and client requirements.
- Coordinate with MSP providers and vendor management systems as required by client programs.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure recruiting updates, candidate statuses, and hiring information remain current and accurate.
- Assist with recruiting metrics, reporting, and additional talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
- Support business development efforts through relationship building, networking, and identifying potential client opportunities.
Required Qualifications - 2-5 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience.
- Experience supporting technical, industrial, engineering, energy, or nuclear-related positions preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and client-focused approach.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job posting platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external clients.
Desired Qualifications - Prior experience supporting nuclear or utility industry recruiting efforts.
- Familiarity with MSP programs and vendor management systems.
- Experience recruiting for contract staffing environments.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience with resume formatting, branding, and candidate presentation.
Additional Information - This position is expected to transition into a hybrid office-based role in the Atlanta, GA area as KBH continues to expand operations. Details regarding office location and in-office scheduling will be communicated as plans are finalized.
- Regular travel to client sites is required - typically 2-4 visits per month - to stay engaged with the client project and partner closely with hiring managers. Most client sites are in and around the Southeast, though some assignments may require travel to other parts of the country. Occasional travel for conferences or industry events is also expected.
- Key Recruiting Metrics that we may evaluate performance off include time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, active requisition load, candidate pipeline health, etc.
- Compensation: $70,000-$95,000 per year base salary, commensurate with experience, plus commission (to be determined).
