Languages: English
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruiting supervisory/managerial role is required.
On-site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Tasks/ Job Duties: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals; Direct and control daily operations; Direct staff; Evaluate daily operations; Motivate staff; Plan and organize daily operations; Train staff; Oversee the classification and rating of occupations; Oversee recruitment strategies and service delivery processes; Manage training and development strategies; Oversee the analysis of employee data and information; Oversee development of communication strategies; Oversee the preparation of reports; Advise senior management on recruitment needs and hiring trends; Respond to recruitment related questions and complaints; Liaise with senior management, external stakeholders/business partners, and HR consultants; Oversee recruitment and selection processes; Coaching; Conduct employee performance reviews, including goal setting, feedback tracking, and documentation support
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, HR Information systems, electronic scheduling tools, email systems.
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Attention to detail; Tight deadlines; Work under pressure
Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication; Strong communication skills (oral and written), organized, team-oriented, accountable, and able to manage confidential information professionally.
