Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Independent work ethic with ownership of tasks
• Experience with high-volume or multi-state recruiting is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
• Onsite work requirement in Lyndhurst, NJ

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and review resumes
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements
• Provide regular updates on open positions and candidate status
• Maintain communication with candidates during the recruitment process
• Support recruiting efforts as the organization expands into new markets
• Manage multiple open positions and competing priorities
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
