Overview:

The Recruiter will work collaboratively within the Talent Acquisition and Innovation Center of Excellence (CoE) to support the full life cycle recruitment process across the RWJBarnabas Health system. This role is vital in helping to meet hiring goals by driving recruitment strategies, building trusted relationships, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to offer. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Innovation, the ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a closer mentality, and a passion for finding top talent in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The Recruiter will work collaboratively within the Talent Acquisition & Innovation Center of Excellence (CoE) to support the full life cycle recruitment process across the RWJBarnabas Health system. As a Recruiter, a typical day might include the following:

• Focusing on high-priority and hard-to-fill positions and tailoring your sourcing approach.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and guide hiring decisions.
• Building trust-based relationships with candidates and stakeholders across the system.
• Managing the offer process with confidence and professionalism.
• Communicating clearly and promptly to ensure a great experience for everyone involved.
• Using tools, technology, and social media to attract and engage talent.
• Supporting internal employees with transfers and career growth opportunities.
• Keeping systems and reports accurate and up to date.
• Representing RWJBH at career fairs, professional organizations, and networking events.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have recent, proven and progressive recruitment experience. Recent experience in healthcare talent sourcing and/or recruiting is strongly preferred. We need someone adept at using a variety of recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to source and engage talent. Previous experience working in recruiting, talent identification or research within a search firm is required. A Bachelor's degree or higher is also preferred.
