POSITION SUMMARY:Coordinates various activities on behalf of the Valley Health System relating to Recruitment and Retention. Recruits for designated Allied Health, IS and other positions as assigned. Ensures candidate selections and placements favorably impact the strategic operations and mission of The Valley Health System (which includes The Valley Hospital, Valley Home Care and Valley Medical Group). Leads all recruitment and selection processes that are compliant and cost effective, while meeting established criteria with respect to cost per hire, days to fill and retention rate.
EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree
EXPERIENCE:Minimum two to three years' Recruitment experience required
SPECIAL SKILLS:Excellent communication, interpersonal skills required. Ability to multi-task in very busy environment.
