Are you the kind of salesperson who doesn't wait for relationships to develop-you make them happen?

Paul Davis Restoration is looking for a driven, outgoing Reconstruction Sales professional who can build strong relationships with the insurance professionals who influence where restoration work goes.

This isn't transactional sales. And it's not about cold-calling homeowners looking for construction projects.

It's relationship sales-but we need a hunter's mentality

You'll actively build and strengthen relationships with insurance agents and adjusters, becoming a trusted resource they think of when one of their customers experiences property damage.

What Makes This a Sales Role?

Your success comes down to your ability to connect, engage, follow up, and build trust

You'll spend your time getting in front of insurance professionals, developing new relationships, strengthening existing ones, and making sure Paul Davis stays top-of-mind.

When a reconstruction opportunity comes in, you'll take ownership of the sales process-working with the customer and insurance professionals to assess the loss, establish the scope, secure the project, and transition it successfully into production. The role continues to work closely with Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively build relationships with insurance agents and adjusters.
  • Grow and strengthen a network of referral partners.
  • Consistently stay in front of your contacts and keep Paul Davis top-of-mind.
  • Turn strong professional relationships into reconstruction referrals.
  • Respond to reconstruction opportunities and meet with customers following property damage.
  • Work with customers and insurance professionals on scope, pricing, expectations, and approvals.
  • Secure contracts and successfully transition projects to the production team.
  • Maintain communication with customers, adjusters, and Project Managers throughout the project.
  • Help ensure projects deliver a great customer experience while meeting profitability expectations.

Who Will Thrive Here?

We're looking for a hunter, not a farmer.

You don't have to be handed an established book of relationships and told to maintain it. You're comfortable introducing yourself, opening doors, creating connections, and developing relationships from the ground up.

You're someone who:

  • Initiates rather than waits
  • Enjoys meeting new people and expanding your professional network.
  • Follows up consistently and doesn't get discouraged easily.
  • Knows how to build credibility without relying on a hard sell.
  • Is competitive and motivated by results.
  • Can turn an introduction into a relationship-and a relationship into referrals.
  • Takes ownership and doesn't need someone constantly directing your next move.

Previous restoration, construction, insurance, estimating, or sales experience is preferred, but we're particularly interested in someone with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and generate business through those relationships.

The Opportunity

When someone's property is damaged, their insurance agent or adjuster can play an important role in connecting them with a restoration company they trust.

Your job is to make sure Paul Davis has earned that trust before the loss ever happens

If you're energized by meeting people, opening new doors, building a network, and seeing those relationships turn into results, we'd like to meet you.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
