As the Mitigation & Contents Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our growing Appleton Mitigation & Contents team, developing people, improving performance, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience during one of the most stressful times in their lives.

This role is perfect for someone who already has restoration leadership experience or an experienced operations manager, construction manager, field service leader, or production manager looking for a new challenge where every day is different and your leadership truly matters.

What You'll Do

As the operational leader for the Appleton Mitigation & Contents department, you will:

  • Lead the daily operations of the department while ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Lead Technicians, Technicians, and support staff
  • Drive department profitability through effective scheduling, resource planning, job costing, and operational efficiency
  • Support complex mitigation and contents projects while helping teams solve challenges in the field
  • Monitor quality, safety, documentation, and compliance across all projects
  • Build strong relationships with customers, insurance partners, adjusters, vendors, and referral sources
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent
  • Partner with Business Development and Reconstruction teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
