Job DescriptionPosition Summary This position is responsible for supporting the project team on smaller, less complex projects.
Position Details • Estimates the impact of project changes and provides information to applicable management
• Manages change orders, ensuring they are completed accurately and tracked as required
• Procures equipment and materials and services; and participates in the selection and hiring of subcontractors
• Stays current on emerging trends
• Analyzes and resolves basic questions and problems as needed
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education, training, and experience
- Basic ERP skills, including inquiring, reviewing, and printing job cost reports
- Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing design
- Basic verbal and written communications skills
- Basic computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office, such as Excel

Pay: Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For California, this ranges from $80,000 - $88,000 yearly plus annual incentive, benefits and retirement program as outlined above.
