Full Job Description
Our Real Estate + Environment Section is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Transactional Associate with 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in real estate transactions. We seek candidates who have a strong interest in common interest development work. Ideal candidates will have experience representing real property owners, homebuilders, and developers in real estate matters, including residential and/or commercial common interest developments (including planned developments and condominiums), high-rise developments, master-planned communities, and mixed-use projects that include residential, commercial, retail and/or hotel uses. This is a hybrid position based out of San Francisco.

The annual base compensation range for this California position is between $195,000 to $205,000. Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors, including but not limited to years of experience and professional skills required for this role.

Ideal candidates will have a distinguished academic background and impeccable references. CA Bar required. Strong research, writing and communication skills, high level of analytical skills as well as excellent and highly adaptable communication skills are required. We seek intelligent, entrepreneurial, team players who are practical, problem solvers, ambitious, organized and detail oriented and are looking towards partnership with Hanson Bridgett.
