We are seeking an intermediate-level ReactJS / Front-End Software Engineer In Plano, TX.

The ideal candidate will support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, and modern front-end engineering practices, along with a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.

This role is suited for a candidate who can independently deliver assigned features and fixes while working effectively in a collaborative, cross-team environment. The candidate should be comfortable participating in team discussions, contributing ideas, asking thoughtful questions, and helping drive continuous improvement across development, testing, automation, and delivery practices.

The candidate should also have hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within the work environment for activities such as coding, test creation, troubleshooting, and documentation. They must be able to critically evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure quality, correctness, performance, security, and alignment with engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, debug, and maintain high-quality front-end application features using ReactJS, TypeScript,JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable React components using modern ReactJS patterns.

• Apply UI/UX design principles to deliver responsive, accessible, and user-friendly application experiences.

• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to application architecture decisions appropriate to the role level.

• Develop and maintain unit tests and automation tests using React Testing Library, Jest, and related testing frameworks.

• Support application quality, performance, resiliency, and operational stability.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end application issues across development, testing, and production-like environments.

• Work within agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and code reviews.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, QA, engineers, and partner application teams.

• Actively participate in technical discussions, design reviews, solution brainstorming sessions, and team ceremonies.

• Communicate progress, blockers, risks, and technical considerations clearly and proactively.

• Contribute ideas for improving user experience, engineering practices, automation, testing, and delivery efficiency.

• Use approved AI-assisted development tools to support coding, test generation, troubleshooting, documentation, and productivity improvements.

• Critically review and validate AI-generated code or content before use, ensuring it meets expectations for correctness, maintainability, performance, security, and compliance with team standards.

• Follow responsible AI usage practices, including secure handling of prompts, inputs, outputs, and sensitive information.

• Help promote safe, effective, and responsible usage of AI-assisted engineering practices within the team.
