JOB DESCRIPTION

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Collaborate with business owners to formulate quantifiable goals and advise on strategies and experimentation to achieve business goals. Execute KPIs, trend analysis, dashboards and analyses including segmentations, optimizations and other techniques to improve business function performance. Collaborate across functions to drive Analytics and Insights and execution. Improve and assess processes and controls in support of business results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Analytics, Economics, Data Science or related field of study plus 2 years (24 months) of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics Associate, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Economics, Data Science or related field of study plus 5 years (60 months) of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics Associate, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Mining customer's transactions and web interactions utilizing Teradata SQL by performing ETL processes to automate weekly and monthly dashboards; Performing statistical analysis using languages such as Python or SAS to provide actionable insights to stakeholders; Developing dashboards using Tableau as a visualization tool; Delivering business analyses to different audiences including Product, Technology partners, and Executives.
