Description:As a Quality Technical Lead on our Fluke Health Solutions Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with established ISO 17025 and other applicable regulatory standards and requirements. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technical Lead to join our team. The Technical Lead will be responsible for supporting QC organization with any technical related issues, managing supplier quality, assisting with problem-solving using various tools, and ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 standards.

: Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs team, Health Physics Team, Operations team, Engineering team, Business Units as well as all other functional team members.
External
: Industry peers, Regulatory agencies, Customers, Notified Body, Suppliers.
Responsibilities: - Support QC team with any technical related concerns.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance and manage SCAR activities.
- Conduct supplier assessments aligned with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and applicable regulatory expectations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, including calibration, traceability, and measurement practices.
- Support external audits and accreditation assessments (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025, NVLAP, regulatory audits) and serve as a key point of contact during audit activities.
- Conduct gap assessments and ensure readiness for external compliance evaluations.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis (RCA), 5 Whys, and other quality tools to resolve nonconformances and drive corrective actions.
- Lead and execute independent QC-related improvement projects, utilizing quality tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to enhance processes, reduce defects, and improve efficiency.
- Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Health Physics, Engineering, Operations, Regulatory, and Suppliers) to address quality issues and implement sustainable improvements.
- Support activities related to radiation measurement, dosimetry systems, and Health Physics practices, as applicable.
- Support NPI project on behalf of QC organization as needed.
Qualifications:- BA/BS in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or Metrology Engineering background is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in a Quality/Health Physics role within manufacturing or laboratory environments.
- Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
- Experience in calibration, testing laboratories, or measurement systems preferred.
- Health Physics experience or familiarity with radiation safety, dosimetry, or related regulatory frameworks is strongly preferred.

Pay RangeThe salary range for this position (in local currency) is 70,600.00 - 117,900.00
