Full Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Lead to help us meet production and quality goals. As a Trex Quality Lead, you'll be responsible for leading and coordinating quality auditing across all manufacturing operations . This role is key member of our Operations team.

Responsibilities
  • Put Safety First
  • Work as a team to drive our 'People First' culture
  • Responsible for manufacturing quality auditing process across all shifts and all processes.
  • Lead daily and weekly quality audits to include reporting results to the leadership team
  • Update and edit quality metrics and track logs, audit sheets, and dimensional data sheets
  • Collaborate with Quality Manager and QC technicians to update quality procedures
  • Verify incoming COA's from raw materials providers
  • Responsible for providing guidance for quality issues on crew as they arise
  • Update and create new procedures and standard work practices when required for continuous improvement within the quality department

EXPERIENCE

7 years in Quality Control is required for this role, but if you've worked as a Quality Control Inspector, or a Quality Control Assistant we want to hear from you!
