Job DescriptionYou will be an inspection supervisor for the PAC-3. Our team is responsible for delivering high-performance missile hardware and launch-vehicle systems that meet the toughest quality standards.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Inspector Supervisor you will be responsible for leading the inspection effort for PAC-3 missile hardware, ensuring compliance with stringent quality requirements, and driving continuous improvement across the inspection process.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and mentor a team of inspectors to achieve inspection excellence.
- Develop and execute inspection plans for missile components and launch-vehicle systems.
- Identify and resolve non-conformances, documenting findings and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to integrate quality feedback.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Basic QualificationsMust be a US Citizen and have ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to start
High School diploma or GED
3+ years in a production, manufacturing, or inspection environment

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
