This role is accountable for eliminating systemic delivery constraints by centralizing ownership of test environments, test data capabilities, automation platforms, and governance.

• Guide QE Architects and Principal Engineers in defining patterns, standards, and reference implementations
• Establish intake and prioritization models balancing domain demand with enablement capacity
• Partner with platform, infrastructure, and data teams to deliver committed improvements
• Drive adoption of platforms and standards through enablement, coaching, and influence—not mandate
• Provide executive level visibility into constraints removed, innovation scaled, and delivery readiness impact
