Full Job Description
As a Director of Quality, you will lead our quality management team and ensure the highest standards of quality across our organization. The ideal candidate will oversee quality assurance processes, set quality goals, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and implement quality policies, standards, and systems aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
  • Lead cross functional teams to integrate quality procedures and projects into operations, ensuring alignment with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and other operational groups
  • Make step changes in quality systems, practices, technology and improvements
  • Lead improvement efforts from a data driven model to impact internal and external customers.
  • Directly and indirectly lead quality professionals and provide guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for enhancement
  • Develop and drive plant quality KPIs, monitor performance, and report results and initiatives to senior leadership
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventative action processes to address and triage quality issues on an urgent basis
  • Additional duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of quality management experience, preferably in manufacturing or a regulated industry
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Proven experience in a quality leadership role, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive data-based decisions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Certifications such as a Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) are a plus.
