Full Job Description
The Quality Assurance Supervisor leads a team responsible for developing and applying advanced Quality Assurance and Quality Control methods to investigate and resolve complex technical issues. This role oversees work instruction compliance audits performed by Quality Auditors and ensures quality standards are consistently met across production. The supervisor acts as a hands-on leader, driving process improvement, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.

Shift: 2nd Shift

  • Supervise and direct the work of Quality Auditors
  • Oversee and ensure work instruction compliance audits are completed accurately
  • Apply advanced QA/QC methods, theories, and techniques to resolve complex technical problems
  • Review documented processes and testing procedures and identify improvement opportunities
  • Communicate findings, risks, and escalations to immediate manager
  • Train team members and identify skill or process gaps
  • Hold team members accountable while providing coaching and mentorship
  • Ensure compliance with leadership directives (daily, monthly, and annual)
  • Act as a hands-on, professional leader and role model
  • Maintain flexibility and agility in day-to-day assignments
  • Support additional duties as assigned by leadership


  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience
  • Good understanding of production areas, process flows, equipment, and product.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ensure work instruction compliance & all subsets.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Have a good understanding of customer requirements.
  • Effective at training & identifying gaps to correct.
  • General understanding of GD&T & best practices for measurement systems.
  • General understanding of HVAC processes.


Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as required


What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $73,000 - $95,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
