Full Job Description
Consolidated Turbine Specialists, LLC (CTS), a Kratos' company, is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to work onsite at their Bristow, OK facility.

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
The Quality Assurance Manager develops, implements and maintains technical quality assurance and control systems and activities. Defines and specifies the implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of company products. Participates in the reviewing of engineering designs to contribute quality requirements and considerations. Assists product support areas in gathering and analyzing data. Responsible for directing and guiding the work of teams and/or individuals. Responsible for performance reviews, pay reviews, and hiring decision making authority.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Assuring that all work accomplished on items listed on the FAA capabilities list under the Repair Station Certificate conforms to the requirements as specified in 14 CFR Part: 145 Section 145.201. and the procedures within applicable company manuals.
• Ensure adequate training, equipment, materials, and competent personnel pertinent to the operations of the Repair Station in order that it may comply with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and manufacturer's recommendations.
• To provide guidance in the application of Federal Aviation Regulations, FAA Approved/Accepted Manuals and Company Manuals as it pertains to employees and their job classifications.
• Liaison to FAA & EASA & Foreign Regulatory Agencies.
• Conducts Internal Audits & External Audits. Reviews audit findings with the management team and generates any corrective/ nonconformance's needed.
• Verify that all maintenance records, airworthiness directives, service bulletins, or other pertinent information as specified in the customer's work order, are current, and have been included in the work order. Audit Work Order and provide final releases.
• Ensure that periodic checks are made on all inspection tools and the calibration of precision test equipment used by the repair station. Further ensure that the current record of those inspections and tests are maintained. Manage the filing and storage of all closed worker order files are maintained and readily available if needed.
• Evaluates suggestions in policy or procedure changes in the Repair Station/Quality Control.
• Approves changes in the repair station rosters and notifies FAA when requires any such changes.
• Monitors and reviews Maintenance Training Programs to ensure they are adequate for the needs of the Repair Station.
• Maintain currency of OEM manuals for products listed on the FAA capabilities listing.
• Maintains and revises the supervisory personnel roster as required by CFR: 145:161.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position has supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 8 years of related experience.
• Previous ISO experience required.
• FAA Powerplant License required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Office and manufacturing environment.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, mouse, phones, use tools/equipment).
