Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This role will collaborate with business and technology teams to improve quality and stability across products and services. You will design, build, and maintain automated testing solutions that enable consistent delivery of high-quality solutions. In this role, you will develop and execute automated test frameworks, scripts, and regression suites to validate functionality, performance, and integration across systems. You will proactively identify quality risks, dependencies, and defects prior to release, leveraging automation and test data insights to reduce rework, minimize production issues, and mitigate business impact.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions that promote confidence in product quality and release readiness.
    • Design, develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automated regression suites for multi-component solutions across parallel development efforts.
    • Analyze business requirements and technical design documents to assess completeness, identify testability gaps, and mitigate quality risks.
    • Execute and coordinate test validation activities using automated testing tools and modern quality engineering practices.
    • Identify, track, and validate defects; collaborate with development and delivery teams to support root-cause analysis and resolution.
  • Apply quality assurance best practices to ensure consistent, repeatable, and reliable testing outcomes.
    • Provide technical input and support to project teams to improve the quality and correctness of delivered solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement testing strategies aligned to project goals and risk profiles.
    • Contribute to shared testing documentation, standards, and reusable automation assets.
    • Support the evaluation, adoption, and effective use of testing automation tools and frameworks.
  • Apply and support established standards for visualizing and reporting system health.
    • Execute and report quality metrics that measure test coverage, effectiveness, and defect trends.
    • Communicate test results, risks, and quality insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or another relevant field preferred.


Years of Experience

  • 4+ years of Professional experience independently designing, building, and executing automated testing solutions, collaborating with cross functional teams, and applying established quality engineering practices within Agile and SDLC environments.

  • Advanced experience providing technical leadership in automation and quality engineering, mentoring peers, influencing testing strategies, leading quality efforts for complex initiatives or incidents, and evolving automation frameworks and practices to improve delivery outcomes.
