In this pivotal role, you will implement project-specific Quality Plans, provide crucial training to staff, and oversee surveillance programs that uphold company and client standards. Your expertise will be vital in managing quality issues, guiding subcontractors and suppliers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement-all while working on diverse, challenging projects with international exposure.
Required Skills:- Extensive experience in quality assurance/control for field construction and project completions
- Proven ability to develop and implement quality management systems and surveillance programs
- Strong auditing skills and certification in inspection disciplines preferred
- Excellent communication and training capabilities
- Knowledge of project quality standards within Oil & Gas or similar industries
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers
Nice to Have Skills:- Certification in auditing or inspection disciplines
- Experience in project management roles involving quality control
- Familiarity with major production facilities projects and operations turnover
- Multilingual abilities and international project experience
Preferred Education & Experience:- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline
- Significant hands-on experience in responsible roles managing quality systems in large-scale projects
- Prior work in a client-side role on major facilities projects is a plus
Other Requirements:- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including possible overseas assignments
- Ability to relocate to Midland after initial tenure in Houston
- Valid certifications and technical qualifications aligned with industry standards
