Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto (250 Yonge St, Toronto) and/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week subject to change at any time.

We are seeking an experienced QE Program Lead to lead enterprise-scale Quality Engineering (QE) programs across complex, multi-vendor delivery environments. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of Quality Engineering experience, with a strong background in QE governance, delivery management, executive reporting, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires hands-on expertise in Data Testing, ETL Testing, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data technologies, along with the ability to establish quality standards and drive continuous improvement across multiple programs.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

QE Program Leadership
• Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering programs across multiple projects and vendors.
• Define and implement enterprise QE strategies, governance frameworks, and delivery standards.
• Establish and drive quality processes aligned with organizational and client objectives.
• Manage large-scale QE teams across onsite, offshore, and third-party vendors.
• Governance & Delivery Management
• Establish QE governance, reporting frameworks, and quality dashboards.
• Define and monitor QE KPIs, metrics, SLAs, defect trends, and delivery health.
• Conduct executive governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and status reporting.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, release governance, and organizational processes.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
Data & ETL Testing
• Lead testing initiatives involving enterprise data platforms and large-scale data migration programs.
• Provide hands-on leadership in:

• Data Validation
• Data Reconciliation
• Data Quality Testing
• Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data services to validate data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, completeness, and performance across enterprise data solutions.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, developers, and client leadership.
• Manage multi-vendor delivery teams and ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Present quality metrics, risks, and delivery status to senior executives and client leadership.
• Drive stakeholder communication and executive reporting throughout the program lifecycle.
Quality Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, governance, automation, and delivery efficiency.
• Standardize QE methodologies, templates, metrics, and reporting across programs.
• Mentor QE managers and leads, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• 15-20 years of Quality Engineering and Testing experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale QE programs in complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Strong experience establishing QE governance, delivery frameworks, and executive reporting.
• Demonstrated experience managing large QA/QE teams across multiple delivery streams.
