We are looking for Senior Lead Quality Assurance is a senior leadership role responsible for defining implementing and governing the quality assurance strategy across enterprise data and automation programs This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy reliability and scalability of data pipelines ETL processes and AWS-based solutions that support analytics reporting and business intelligence

The role demands a deep understanding of data engineering workflows and automation frameworks to validate complex data transformations and integrations across distributed systems The QA Lead partners with cross-functional teams-including data architects developers and business analysts-to establish robust testing methodologies enforce compliance with data governance standards and drive continuous improvement in automation and delivery practices

Beyond technical oversight this role provides strategic direction for QA automation defines enterprise-wide quality metrics and ensures that all data-driven solutions meet performance security and regulatory expectations The Senior Lead acts as a mentor and thought leader fostering a culture of quality excellence and innovation within the organization
