QE Lead Real Time Payments Key Responsibilities Lead Quality Engineering activities for Real Time Payments initiatives Coordinate testing activities between Onshore and Offshore teams Define and execute test strategies, plans, and quality deliverables Work closely with Product Vendors, Application Teams, and business stakeholders Drive API and automation testing efforts across the project lifecycle Manage defect tracking, test execution, and quality reporting Support release planning and production validation activities Ensure testing aligns with business and regulatory requirements Must-Have Skills Strong Quality Engineering experience with leadership and coordination responsibilities Experience managing and coordinating Onshore and Offshore testing teams Hands-on API testing experience, preferably with .NET APIs Strong test automation experience and framework development Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to collaborate with Product Vendors, Application Teams, and cross-functional stakeholders Strong understanding of QA processes, SDLC, and Agile delivery methodologies Experience in test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Azure technologies and cloud-based solutions Banking and Financial Services project experience Functional knowledge of Real-Time Payments and Payments systems Exposure to modern CI/CD and DevOps practices Experience with enterprise-scale integration and API-based applications Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year TCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for ca ndidate screening or evaluation.
