Role: QA Test Lead Location: Remote Position: 1 Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced QA Test Lead to support enhancements and maintenance of the Maine Eligibility & Enrollment (E&E) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in functional testing, integration testing, Selenium automation, and SDLC processes. Experience with Integrated Eligibility systems, Java, and Salesforce applications is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Lead testing activities for enhancements and maintenance releases across Maine E&E systems. • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. • Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing. • Create and maintain test data to support testing activities. • Triage defects, analyze issues, and work closely with development teams to resolve them. • Test Java and Salesforce based applications and integrations. • Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, developers, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC. • Validate application quality and ensure all deliverables meet business and technical requirements.
