cts.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain production-grade data processing pipelines using Python.
- Develop service endpoints and asynchronous processing solutions using FastAPI.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for efficient data processing.
- Apply object-oriented programming (OOP) principles to application development.
- Work with databases to support data quality, consistency, and monitoring requirements.
- Perform query optimization and troubleshoot database performance issues.
- Develop and maintain unit tests using tools such as pytest.
- Utilize version control tools, preferably Git, to manage source code.
- Work within Unix-based environments to support application development and deployment.
- Collaborate across multiple projects and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Support the development and enhancement of data quality applications and related services.
Required Qualifications- 5-7 years of relevant development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, including experience developing production-grade data processing pipelines.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Strong understanding of database concepts.
- Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Expertise with FastAPI for building service endpoints and asynchronous processing systems.
- Working knowledge of Unix.
- Experience with version control tools, preferably Git.
- Experience writing unit tests using frameworks such as pytest.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working in Agile squads.
- Financial data domain knowledge.
- Understanding of model performance monitoring, model debugging, and logging systems within AI applications.
- Experience with containerization and deployment of machine learning services in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of anomaly detection algorithms and techniques, including Isolation Forest, clustering, time-series analysis, and pattern mining.
- Experience designing and deploying Generative AI solutions using LLMs and multimodal models to solve business problems.
- Expertise with pandas for data manipulation.
- Familiarity with scikit-learn for machine learning model implementation.
