Job Description

Responsible for creating and managing the project schedule in accordance with company and/or contractual processes.

Key Accountabilities
  • Create, update, and monitor the project schedule in Primavera with inputs from Core Team members
  • Comply with project reporting requirements defined by process or contract
  • Collaborate with Core Team to generate monthly and quarterly updates of EAC (Estimate at Completion) and labour demand
  • Provide reports and metrics such as: Critical Path, Earned Value, EAC variance, Critical milestone movement, KPIs and Labour forecasts
  • Participate in preparation of the baseline schedule and understand impacts of changes
  • Understand S-Curves and perform basic analysis of outputs
  • Work with customers and suppliers, including integration with their scheduling teams
  • Understand project controls from a commercial perspective and the transit market
  • Contribute to project change management processes
  • Participate in risk and opportunity reviews and assess schedule impacts
  • Manage mitigation actions and assigned tasks
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork across project teams and disciplines
  • Provide support for claims and variation orders during project execution

  • 5+ years of experience in complex technology projects
  • Experience in project coordination
  • College or university degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced skills in Primavera and Microsoft Project
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to understand complex technology
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage project schedules with up to 1,500 activities
  • Good English proficiency


Total Compensation Range (Base Salary + Annual Incentive plan) : $97,963 - $125,793
