Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred fields: Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil).
• Advanced degrees (MS, PhD, MBA) or certifications (NABCEP, EIT, PE) are advantageous.
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, engineering, construction, or development of C&I and utility-scale solar projects.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to travel 35% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support, including training for colleagues.
• Manage a variety of projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure project productivity through effective time and resource management.
• Monitor and enhance the productivity of team members.
• Oversee project timelines and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain high quality standards for project deliverables.
• Lead project initiatives autonomously and support communication among project participants.
