Full Job Description
Position Summary:

The Project Manager oversees all aspects of project execution from bidding to completion, ensuring successful management of scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction. This role requires proactive coordination across departments-including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Legal, Production, Logistics, Technical, and Customer Service-to drive seamless project delivery. Strong stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and leadership qualities are essential.

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee project lifecycles, including bid submission, production, installation, and closeout.
  • Ensure engineering designs progress from concept to construction.
  • Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and material forecasting.
  • Supervise commissioning activities, including inspections, testing, and final approvals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Owners, Contractors, Architects, and suppliers.
  • Ensure financial health by maintaining or improving project margins.
  • Lead FieldTurf personnel development through performance metrics and training initiatives.
  • Uphold professionalism and compliance with the Tarkett Code of Ethics.
  • Directly supervises the Project Administrator.
  • Leads a department responsible for project execution and operational success.
  • Adhere to safety policies and report any concerns.
  • Support company goals through team collaboration.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
