Position Summary:The Project Manager oversees all aspects of project execution from bidding to completion, ensuring successful management of scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction. This role requires proactive coordination across departments-including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Legal, Production, Logistics, Technical, and Customer Service-to drive seamless project delivery. Strong stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and leadership qualities are essential.
What You'll Do:- Oversee project lifecycles, including bid submission, production, installation, and closeout.
- Ensure engineering designs progress from concept to construction.
- Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and material forecasting.
- Supervise commissioning activities, including inspections, testing, and final approvals.
- Maintain strong relationships with Owners, Contractors, Architects, and suppliers.
- Ensure financial health by maintaining or improving project margins.
- Lead FieldTurf personnel development through performance metrics and training initiatives.
- Uphold professionalism and compliance with the Tarkett Code of Ethics.
- Directly supervises the Project Administrator.
- Leads a department responsible for project execution and operational success.
- Adhere to safety policies and report any concerns.
- Support company goals through team collaboration.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
