Full Job Description

This position offers the opportunity to work on complex capital projects that support safe, efficient, and innovative patient care environments. The successful candidate will contribute to projects that shape the future of healthcare delivery while collaborating with a highly experienced and multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities will include working with and coordinating, clients, stakeholders, design professionals, contractors, and internal program leadership to plan, manage, and deliver projects. The Project Manager will support projects throughout the full project life cycle—from early planning and programming through design, construction, commissioning, and closeout—while ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational needs.

The successful candidate will be skilled and experienced in the following: • Oversee the planning and execution of capital projects, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of project activities. • Supporting the development and maintenance of project schedules, cost estimates, cash flow projections, and risk logs. • Coordinating design and construction activities with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and authorities having jurisdiction.

• Facilitating client, user group, and project team meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting documentation, and action item tracking. • Monitoring project progress and supporting the management of changes related to scope, schedule, and budget. • Assisting with review of project documentation, including drawings, specifications,

submittals, and Requests for Information (RFIs). • Supporting compliance with healthcare-specific standards, safety requirements, and infection prevention and control protocols. • Preparing timely and accurate project reports and presentations for internal and client stakeholders. Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience supporting or managing construction or capital improvement projects with Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required; experience with project management (PMIS systems) and scheduling software is preferred. • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills are essential. • The candidate should be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Essential Duties Include: • Support project planning and execution activities in coordination with senior project leadership. • Track project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and quality control processes.

• A/E and Construction GMP Contract formatting, negotiations and management.

NYC Agency experience a plus.

Compensation Range:

$133,635.31 - $152,726.06
