Position is contingent upon contract award.
Position Summary / Key Duties
Serve as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for all contractor work performed under the task order.
Prepare a project plan with schedule and milestones for all tasks, including technical approach, organizational resources, and management controls; deliver a draft plan at the contract kickoff meeting and a finalized plan.
Prepare and present a monthly status report covering technical progress by task/sub-task, accomplishments, problems encountered, recommended solutions, upcoming actions, and financial status (fund expenditures, current charges/costs by category, hours, and cumulative totals).
Ensure continuity of contractually required support levels, including notifying the COR of staffing gaps and coordinating qualified replacement personnel as needed.
Oversee and coordinate contractor performance across all seven support tasks: Human Capital Management/Recruitment; Documentation & Classification; Retirement & Benefits; Integrated Business Management/OCHCO Program Support; Strategic Planning & Alignment; Payroll and Processing; and Workforce Relations.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience managing multi-task, multi-disciplinary services contracts or programs, ideally in a Federal environment.
Experience formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources across a diverse program scope.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with Contracting Officer, COR, and DHS leadership.
Prior experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager on a Federal services contract preferred.
