Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in relevant fields such as ecology or environmental engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting and project management.
• Proven track record in client development and business growth in the industry.
• In-depth knowledge of environmental permitting processes, including CWA and NEPA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in technical report writing and proposals.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for project site visits.
• Proactive problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of natural resources and environmental permitting projects.
• Develop and execute project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Coordinate field assessments, sampling programs, and prepare reports for assessments.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, regulators, and stakeholders during projects.
• Identify business opportunities, prepare proposals, and present to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols throughout projects.
