Your role and responsibilities
As a seasoned Project Manager: SAP HANA, you will lead SAP HANA implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful implementation of SAP HANA solutions that meet business objectives. You will manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Develop and Execute Project Plans: Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure successful project delivery. This includes managing project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project delivery.
• Manage Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure successful project delivery and quality assurance.
• Ensure Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance and testing of SAP HANA solutions to meet business objectives and customer needs.
• Communicate Project Progress: Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective project management.
Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients and therefore are generally expected to be in the workplace a minimum of three days a week, subject to business needs.

Required technical and professional expertise
• Deep Expertise in SAP HANA Implementation: Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP HANA implementation projects, with a strong understanding of SAP HANA products and project management methodologies.
• Experience with Cross-Functional Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT, and business stakeholders, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong Project Planning and Execution Skills: Experience in developing and executing project plans, resource allocation, and budget management, with a focus on ensuring successful project delivery.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure successful project delivery and quality assurance.
• Quality Assurance and Testing: Experience in ensuring quality assurance and testing of SAP HANA solutions to meet business objectives and customer needs.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• SAP HANA Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP HANA products, including their features, functionality, and implementation best practices. Experience with SAP HANA product roadmaps and release cycles is beneficial.
• Agile Project Methodologies: Familiarity with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience in applying these methodologies to SAP HANA implementation projects.
• IT Service Management: Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, and experience in applying these frameworks to ensure high-quality SAP HANA solutions and services.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
