CGI Montre9al is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the coordination and performance of multiple teams involved in SAP projects or services. In this role, you will be responsible for delivery quality, team performance, financial management, and client satisfaction. You may also be called upon to manage local and international teams, as well as external partners, across various SAP delivery environments. Your future duties and responsibilities:• Manage and coordinate one or more multidisciplinary SAP teams
• Monitor priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments
• Coordinate activities within an Agile environment, including team capacity, sprints, velocity, and deliverables
• Facilitate collaboration among internal teams, international delivery centers, and partners
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, delivery processes, and contractual commitments
• Oversee the financial management of engagements, including revenue, costs, forecasts, utilization, and billing
• Manage various billing models, including time and materials, fixed-price, deliverables-based, and point-based billing
• Maintain regular and transparent communication with clients
• Measure client satisfaction and act proactively when issues may impact service quality
• Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure escalations are managed when required
• Contribute to continuous service improvement and identify opportunities to increase value delivered to clients
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:• Significant experience in SAP delivery management
• Experience managing multidisciplinary, international, or distributed teams
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and performance tracking mechanisms
• Experience in financial management and billing for professional services
• Excellent client and partner relationship management skills
• Strong leadership, autonomy, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with SAP IS-U environments will be considered an asset
• Excellent communication skills in French (spoken and written) and functional English proficiency

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 70 000$ et 135 000$. This role is an existing vacancy.
