As project manager, you will manage the project from initial forensics through construction. Responsibilities generally include performing analysis and design, preparing plans and specifications, managing field inspectors, preparing open and close permit documents, some field work, and writing technical reports.
Experience should reflect history of restoration of existing buildings and structures which would include performing forensics investigations, writing forensic reports, preparing specifications and drawings for repairs, performing field observations and managing field inspectors of restoration work in progress.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Restoration
- Experience in structural engineering
- Experience in building envelope design
- Knowledge of façade materials
