You're a Project Leader or a Project Manager with previous or current experience of a Workforce management application suite - looking for the freedom to develop your career in a smaller company where you can have a genuine influence over the company's future and work with today's' leading global retailers.
Join us and take responsibility for planning and leading retail industry based projects across the United States. In addition to managing a team of our own consultants, you will work closely with client management, liaise with client suppliers and other management consultants.
Experience & Qualifications - A background in IT Project management and PMP accredited.
- Successful experience in a commercial customer facing role, managing multiple parties including dispersed teams and 3rd party vendors on high profile and technologically innovative projects.
- US citizen, able to work away from home if required
- A good knowledge of the dynamics of the retail sector
- Previous experience with Workforce Management solutions
- Exposure to an agile environment would be a distinct advantage

- Ability to create a sense of teamwork by pulling together dispersed team members who may be unrelated and dissimilar personalities.
