Full Job Description
We are currently looking for a Full Time IT Project Manager to join our Chief Technology Officer team located at the WinStar IT Data Center working 8:00AM-5:00PM - Mo Tu We Th Fr.

Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible to oversee activities, project tracking and overall implementation of assigned projects.

Responsibilities:
* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types

- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
* Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
* Review and Manage IT Project Management activities to improve processes and systems
* Manage the full life cycle of assigned projects including the development, project scope definition, project plan, budget, resource plan and schedule, including CNDC staff members, consultants and contract resources
* Manage direct reports, indirect reports and IT vendors
* Manage a project budgets exceeding $500K
* Preparation of project plans, present to management; lead the project team in carrying out approved projects
* Manage daily communications and project milestones with internal customers
* Establish communication process for each project team through which critical information, meeting schedules, agendas, project documents and meeting minutes are distributed
* Aid in the implementation of technical solutions, which provide improved efficiency
* Participate in cross-functional teams to solve potential problems before they become major issues
* Establish cross-functional team members and organize meetings (agendas, chairing of meeting, timely and thorough documentation and distribution of meeting minutes and deliverables)
* Provide leadership, direction, and coaching on project specific tasks as well as individual professional development for those on the team
* Attend and actively participating in weekly projects team meetings as scheduled
* Provide guidance to others on PMO initiatives, standards, frameworks, processes
* Utilize current PMIS for all managed projects
* Assist with the creation and delivery of training programs for various affected departments to support new process, technology and/or new operations
* Other tasks as necessary to ensure timely, accurate and cost effective support and implementation of new strategic initiatives or other projects supporting the company's growth and business plan
* Support the development and implementation of key PMO processes such as Resource Management, Metric Reporting, Project Monitoring and Reporting
* Work with a variety of business units across the organization on a local and global scale
* Provide guidance on Global IT initiatives. Standards, frameworks, processes
* Responsible for the process of researching solutions and managing the development efforts through the deployment of the solution
* Performs all other duties as assigned

* Demonstrates knowledge of server technology, including Windows-based servers, Unix-based servers, and terminal servers
* Basic knowledge of Bally's ACSC system
* Able to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and management

Skills:
Essential:
* Proficiency with Bally's ACSC casino management system
* Knowledge of NIST, COBIT, HIPPA, and other applicable frameworks
* Must have basic knowledge of ACSC system and casino-based facility software

Experience:
Essential:
* 5 years directly related experience
* A minimum of 5 years of project management experience

Education:
Essential:
* High School, GED or Equivalent

Nonessential:
* Bachelors Degree in directly related field

Credentials:

* Pass gaming background check
* Gaming license or permit as required by assigned position
* Standard Driver's License
* Project Management Professional
