We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to help drive exciting projects forward. This role is based in our North Texas office-with the bonus of a hybrid schedule that lets you enjoy the perfect mix of office energy and remote flexibility.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background in Industrial Control Systems. This position offers the opportunity to lead projects that drive impactful results, all while fostering strong relationships and ensuring excellence in execution. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. This includes monitoring project progress, providing project updates to management, scheduling meetings, and maintaining documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update projects in the ERP system, ensuring data integrity for man hours, costs, and revenue.
  • Process project setup, change order and project closeout forms.
  • Coordinate with customers on tasks, requirements, and expectations; attend meetings to define project needs.
  • Use scheduling and control tools to track project plans, budgets, and work hours.
  • Conduct project meetings to review progress, address concerns, and document updates.
  • Manage document control, prepare change orders, and create project status reports.
  • Assist with proposals, cost estimates, and develop/manage project schedules and budgets.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and address issues to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field, or commensurate experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a Project Management or Project Engineering role with a background in Industrial Controls Systems preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
  • Experience with designing/programming PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
  • Experience with resource, budget, and quality management to ensure that projects finish on time and within budget.
  • Experience with schedule preparation, cost reporting, status tracking and management reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of industry design practices, project planning, cost control requirements and procurement procedures.
  • Ability to collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
