What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver product and manufacturing initiatives on time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Plan projects end-to-end, defining scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure clear execution and accountability.
  • Manage project execution by tracking risks, milestones, and deliverables to keep teams aligned and focused on results.
  • Coordinate prototyping, testing, and design change qualification to ensure product readiness and manufacturing robustness.
  • Present project progress and outcomes to stakeholders to enable timely decisions at key milestones and gates.

  • +5 year of experience leading cross-functional projects in product development, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
