Key Responsibilities of the IT Project Manager:- Coordinate day-to-day project activities across internal teams
- Manage multiple priorities, tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, stand-ups, and recurring project activities
- Identify the appropriate stakeholders and ensure the right people are involved at the right time
- Track action items, follow-ups, deadlines, and next steps through completion
- Review proposals, documents, and project information and quickly identify key takeaways
- Communicate effectively with individuals across different levels and backgrounds
- Learn and navigate company processes to keep projects moving efficiently
- Provide project updates and follow-up communications to ensure alignment
- Support administrative and project coordination activities as needed
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to review meeting notes, summarize discussions, and identify action items and next steps
Required Qualifications of the IT Project Manager:- Project management experience within an IT or technology environment
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable learning new processes and navigating unfamiliar situations
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude is a plus
Compensation & Work Environment:- Hybrid environment
- Approximately 1-2 days per week onsite in Center City Philadelphia
- Candidates should ideally be within approximately one hour of Center City
- Fast-paced environment with a strong focus on day-to-day execution and project coordination
