About the Role:

The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating manufacturing projects from inception to completion. This position is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the quality standards set by the organization. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, schedules, and documentation that align with the overall business objectives. Additionally, this role will involve monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. Ultimately, the Project Manager will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Microsoft Project.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools beyond Microsoft Project.
