Full Job Description
Play a key role in driving manufacturing excellence by supporting strategic initiatives, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and leading digital transformation projects to support Daikin's operations as a large volume HVAC manufacturer. Ensure progress toward strategic goals related to Safety, Environment, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People Development. Promote participation in engagement surveys (e.g., Gallup), track completion of talent development plans, and support succession planning and training initiatives across manufacturing teams. Work closely with cross-functional teams to help align operational execution with long-term business objectives. Monitor, analyze, and report on manufacturing KPIs (Safety, Environment, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People Development). Lead and support strategic projects that improve performance across these KPI categories. Support, track, and ensure timely closure of improvement (Kaizen) actions related to safety, environment, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Participate in Gemba Walks, monitor action effectiveness, and report progress on improvement initiatives. Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, EHS, and HR teams to ensure alignment with strategic targets. Manage and support digital transformation initiatives including implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies and ensure all strategic and digital transformation projects incorporate safety requirements, hazard assessments, and risk mitigation. Implement digital initiatives to optimize productivity, enhance labor and material savings, and modernize manufacturing processes. Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables using project management tools. Facilitate regular strategy reviews and project status meetings with stakeholders. Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership review. Assist in goal-setting, planning cycles, and execution tracking across strategic initiatives. Drive standardization and continuous improvement across all project management practices. Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: One (1) year of experience in project coordination, production planning and/or project management in a HVAC manufacturing environment with strategic planning projects.
