Hours: Regular Full-Time
Salary Range: $145k/yr - $161k/yr
Clearance RequirementsThis position requires a current and active Secret Clearance at the time of application.
What you will be doing:The person in this position upholds, defends, coaches and mentors sound agile practices and values. They are responsible for guiding the development/sustainment of an agile team into a self-organized, effective, development/sustainment unit with a sustainable cadence. Duties include identifying, understanding, and documenting functional requirements and user stories.
Position RequirementsMinimum Requirements:Experience:
- 5+ Years of experience
- 4 years+ of successful agile planning and facilitating the complete life cycle of large- scale projects, with competing availability, priorities, and multiple stakeholders
- Experience defining requirements and writing user stories
- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing.
Education:
- BA/BS from an accredited college or university
- AA/AS with 7+ years experience.
Certifications:
- Require anyone of the following IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification.
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) required.
Physical DemandsThis is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. The ability to move files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary would be required.
