Job Description:The organization is seeking a
Technical Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to support complex, multi-team delivery across networking, distributed systems, and API-driven platforms. This role goes beyond traditional Scrum facilitation and requires the ability to operate effectively in a highly technical environment, coordinating across software, infrastructure, and architecture stakeholders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Lead multiple Scrum teams using Agile methodologies in sprint or Kanban environments
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives
- Coach teams and technical leads to follow Scrum practices and focus on delivering business value
- Support Agile tools and reporting platforms for tracking and delivery management
- Help teams achieve higher Scrum maturity and self-organization
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and product focus
- Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination
- Prepare and maintain reports such as burndown charts, capacity planning, and project tracking insights
- Conduct estimation, roadmap planning, quarterly planning, and cross-functional coordination
- Identify and remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and reduce blockers and context switching
- Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement
Education & Experience:- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM / PMI-ACP or equivalent)
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Product Owner in software development environments
- Experience working with Agile tools (e.g., Jira or similar platforms)
- Experience coaching teams new to Agile/Scrum
- Experience working on cloud-native and microservices-based architectures
- Ability to support large-scale environments with multiple teams or large developer groups
